The 2026 examples are BPI's code for new customers and cardholders, running to January 31, 2027, and the RCBC ZALORA credit card's Big Fashion Sale code in June.

Where to be careful: Zalora's return rules exclude beauty, intimate apparel and anything worn, and the card promos disagree on whether they stack with other offers. Read both before you build a cart around a code.

• Best for: shoppers with a BPI or ZALORA-branded card, anyone buying shoes and sportswear in a sale, and people who want unlimited free shipping for a year through ZALORA VIP.

The 2025 coverage named The Ordinary, YSL Beauty, and Marc Jacobs in beauty and fragrance. This is the category with the hardest return rule: perfume, skincare, makeup and supplements are not returnable according to Ginee's summary of Zalora's policy.

Gingersnaps and Mothercare were named in the kids lineup. Sizing changes fast, so use the exchange option on the return form, and note that Zalora reserves the replacement for only 10 days.

How to Spend Less at Zalora

1. Use a bank card code. BPI's 2026 promo, from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027, gives new customers ₱200 off a ₱3,000 minimum with code BPI2026, and gives existing customers free shipping worth up to ₱149 at a ₱850 minimum, up to 3 times. RCBC credit cards (code RCBC2026, to December 31, 2026) and Metrobank Prime Debit (code MBDEBIT2026, March 15 to December 31, 2026) publish the same ₱200 and ₱149 offers.

2. Use instalments if you need them. BPI's Flexipay code BPI2026INS covers a 3-month plan from ₱3,000 and a 6-month plan from ₱15,000.

3. Read the stacking rule. BPI's promo says it is stackable with Zalora's vouchers and discounts, but another term says it is not valid with ongoing merchant promos.

4. Do the shipping math before you pay for ZALORA VIP. Zalora's sale page lists it at ₱500 for a year of unlimited free shipping, and RCBC's guide says there is no minimum spend. At a ₱149 shipping fee it pays off after about 4 orders (₱500 divided by ₱149 is 3.4).

5. Wait for a card-specific sale. The RCBC ZALORA credit card's Big Fashion Sale code gave ₱1,000 off a ₱6,000 single receipt from June 15 to 23, 2026.

Example: BPI's ₱200 off a ₱3,000 minimum is about 6.7% at the minimum, so it is worth more on a ₱3,000 cart than on a ₱10,000 one, where it is 2%.

• Anniversary sale, March: up to 90% off fashion and an extra 60% off selected styles.

• Big Fashion Sale, June: in 2026 it ran June 15 to 23 for RCBC ZALORA credit cardholders, with ₱1,000 off a ₱6,000 single receipt. The code was one-time use per principal cardholder, and brand exclusions applied.

• 11.11, November: Zalora's 2025 11.11 sale ran from November 5 to 17 with markdowns of up to 90%, plus partner-bank sitewide discounts of up to ₱1,000, flash sales and surprise drops.

• Card promos: BPI's code runs to January 31, 2027, so it can be used through the year-end sales.

Zalora's own sale page lists its Double Digit Sales (9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12), a bi-annual Big Fashion Sale, a Birthday Sale, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but states no 2026 dates. Its 2026 anniversary and 11.11 dates are not published on the pages checked.

Shopping Tips Before Checkout

• Check returnability before you buy. Health and beauty products, intimate apparel, body jewelry, food, flowers and worn items with tags removed are not returnable.

• Know the clock. You have 30 days from delivery to file a return, and items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging.

• Understand delivery. Ginee's shipping guide lists 1 to 3 working days for items from Zalora's warehouse and about 2 to 13 working days for items from other sellers, and a Ginee guide lists up to three delivery attempts before an order is cancelled. Both are undated, and Zalora's own pages could not be opened.

• For BPI debit cards, switch on e-commerce access in Card Control through BPI Online or the BPI Mobile App before you check out.

• Check the card list before you use a code. BPI, RCBC and Metrobank each run their own, and a code works only with the card it names.

1. Can I pay for Zalora with cash on delivery or GCash?

Cash on delivery, which Zalora's own sale page names, is offered for certain postal codes according to a Ginee guide, and cards are accepted. GCash is not listed as a payment method in the sources checked.

2. Why is my Zalora voucher not working?

Check the voucher's terms against your order first.

• It has expired.

• Your order is under the minimum spend. BPI's 2026 offer needs ₱3,000 for new customers and ₱850 for the free shipping offer.

• You paid with a different card or payment method than the code names.

• It is for new customers and you have ordered before.

• It does not stack with an ongoing merchant promo. One BPI term says the offer is not valid with them.

• You are paying with a BPI debit card that has e-commerce access switched off. Turn it on in Card Control through BPI Online or the BPI Mobile App before checkout.

3. Can I use a Zalora voucher on sale items?

Some Zalora vouchers can be combined with other discounts, but it depends on the specific voucher's terms and conditions. Check the eligibility requirements and apply the voucher at checkout to confirm whether it works on sale items.

BPI's Zalora promo page does not mention sale items. Metrobank's debit promo says its discount is not valid on non-sale items, and RCBC's says it is not valid on essential items, with brand exclusions. Both point to Zalora's non-sale list, which sets out what is excluded. Put the discounted item in your bag, apply the voucher and read the total before you plan around it.

4. Do bank card promos stack with Zalora vouchers?

Some bank promotions, such as BPI2026 for eligible BPI cardholders, can be stacked with Zalora vouchers, as confirmed in our test. However, stacking depends on each voucher's terms and conditions, so check the requirements before checkout, as other vouchers may not be combinable.

6. How does the Zalora 30-day return work?

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, and the policy describes returns as free.

1. Fill out the online return form and choose a refund or an exchange.

2. Pack the item in Zalora's packaging. If you no longer have it, reseal the original packaging and label it with your order number.

3. Hand it to the Zalora rider on the date you chose, or drop it off at a Zalora Click & Connect site or a partner LBC branch. Keep the receipt and tracking number.

4. Wait for the email that Zalora sends after the item reaches the warehouse and passes its quality check.

Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

Ginee's guide is undated and mentions branch closures during community quarantine, so confirm the drop-off options on the return form before you travel to a branch.

7. Which Zalora items cannot be returned?

Hygiene and worn items are the main exclusions.

• Health and beauty products such as perfume, skincare, makeup and supplements.

• Intimate apparel and body jewelry.

• Food items, flowers and plants.

• Worn items with tags removed, including swimwear and designer clothing. Some swimwear brands can be returned only when sold by Zalora and with the hygiene sticker intact.

Ginee's undated shipping guide lists a ₱149 fee on Zalora-sold orders under ₱1,695, which is where ₱500 divided by ₱149 comes from. If you shop only a few times a year, BPI's existing-customer offer, which covers shipping up to ₱149 on orders of ₱850 or more, up to 3 times, may be enough.

10. Can I exchange a Zalora item for another size?

Yes, request an exchange on the same online return form, but Zalora reserves the replacement for only 10 days.

The item you send back must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging. Ship it back promptly so your size is still held when the return is checked.
